ATTORNEYS:
David McKenna received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School, where he served as lead Editor of the Law Review. He was admitted to the Bar in 1970, and is a current active member of the California Bar Association.
Mr. McKenna brings to the Firm a wealth of experience seldom seen in an attorney in private practice. Mr. McKenna served as the Third District Supervisor for San Bernardino Count Board of Supervisors; he is a past Justice Court Judge and for sixteen years was the Public Defender for San Bernardino County. He was also in private practice in both Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
Mr. McKenna is now the chief Defense Counsel for the Firm and his prestigious background gives the Firm a formidable advocacy. Mr. McKenna brings all the experience that any Defendant could want from an attorney.
Mr. McKenna has the understanding that it takes to be a Defense Attorney. He is certified in The Path of Dialogue, and is responsible for the establishment of the First Offender DUI Program in Colton, for treatment and prevention. He was a Family Law Lecturer, and is the Co-Author of California Criminal Law Procedures & Practices, Second Edition.
